All you got to do, to avoid any of it will be stored as body fat and make you gain weight, is to stay awake for 90 minutes after you had dinner.

It is the time your body needs to digest it and give you a good night’s sleep. So by all means, avoid going straight to bed after your dinner.

Healthy Food Is Vital To Your Success

To lose weight, it is important to eat healthily, even if you are working late. So buying a Pizza on your way home for them to crash in front of the TV is out of the question. By all means, avoid junk food.

If you don’t want to cook that late, make sure to have some leftovers, a salad or something you can prepare fast.
